Spin Classes are a workout that will have your heart racing for 45 minutes!

  • The sessions focus on fun as well as fitness, and have been compared to mini-adventures of the mind.
  • Coach Wharton provides visual and bio-mechanical cues for position, resistance, pedaling speed, and recovery.
  • This workout is as hard as you choose to make it, and can provide great release from the tensions of the day.
  • The classes are held at the Medical City Sports and Fitness Center in North Dallas, a safe location for you and your family.
