CompuTrainer MultiRider System
The CompuTrainer MultiRider system is a cycling workout program that quickly and effectively improves your performance.
- Twice a week for 12 weeks, Coach Wharton takes each eight-rider class through a progressive indoor training protocol.
- The program focuses on Power at Functional Threshold, Power at Vo2max, and Repeat Power at Anaerobic Capacity, and improvements in power-to-weight ratios of 10-15% per quarter are common.
- New ErgVideo programs provide the ultimate visceral experience!
- Training with friends gives you the incentive to really push yourself.
- The classes are held at the Medical City Sports and Fitness Center in North Dallas, a safe location for you and your family.

Spin Classes
Spin Classes are a workout that will have your heart racing for 45 minutes!
- The sessions focus on fun as well as fitness, and have been compared to mini-adventures of the mind.
- Coach Wharton provides visual and bio-mechanical cues for position, resistance, pedaling speed, and recovery.
- This workout is as hard as you choose to make it, and can provide great release from the tensions of the day.

The Basics of Urban Riding
Statistics show that almost 90% of all cycling-related traffic incidents could be avoided with proper knowledge and preparation. This three-hour course prepares cyclists and enhances their riding experiences out on the road. Subjects covered include:
- Pre-Ride bike inspection
- Proper Signalling
- Riding in traffic
- Avoiding road hazards
- Basic Fitness
- Fundamental bike handling skills
- Basic maintenance
- Situational Awareness and defensive cycling
