Xert Daily Ditty – Using Intensity to Achieve Your Weekly Suggested FOCUS.

In Today’s Xert Daily Ditty, I’m showing how sliding the Freshness Feedback bar changes the suggested workout and intensity, and how the past two days of workouts affected my Weekly FOCUS.

I’m also going to talk about using the Xert TTE-TTR Field to achieve a Suppressed and a Depressed MPA during workouts.

Xert Daily Ditty for January 6th, 2021 – A Fitness Breakthrough and more!

I finally bucked the trend and performed a hard workout yesterday. It led to a Fitness Breakthrough, a new fitness signature, and more.

But I want to get my Weekly Intensity set for my 5 Minute Mean Max Power (5MMP – or “Breakaway Specialist”). So, it’s back on the rollers for more intervals!

Today’s Xert Daily Ditty – Changing the Training Advisor Recommendations by Changing the Freshness Feedback.

Today’s Xert Daily Ditty

I changed the Xert Training Suggestions and Adaptive Training Advisor by altering the Freshness Feedback under my Goals.

Instead of an “Endurance” Focused Ride, I got what I wanted – a “Breakaway Specialist” FOCUS.

I think my Fitness Signature is stale, and I want to work towards a breakthrough, possibly today.
