Xert Daily Ditty – Let’s GLANCE at the “Rankings”

Xert Rankings Give You An Idea of Where You Stand Amongst Your Peers

After a great weekend of cycling outdoors, I ended up with an unexpected guest (and friends), which led me to a lot of stress and no sleep.

SO, I am sliding the Freshness Feedback bar to the left, WAYYY Left, and I’m looking at different parameters today; namely, “Rankings”.

Don’t forget to hit “Subscribe” on the YouTube Channel, and maybe subscribe to THIS blog, and as always….

“ENJOY THE RIDE!”

Xert Daily Ditty – An Outside Ride With A “Different” Type of Breakthrough

Xert Fitness Can Lead to Different Types of Breakthroughs!

Yesterday was just too pretty to ride inside; I had to air up the tires, and set up my mountain bike for a ride.

In just over an hour and a half, I got in two loops of my closest trail, and set a PR for the segment on Strava.

The best part is – I really did not dip into my Xert MPA or HIE much at all! I wonder what might have happened if I had!?

Anyway – here’s today’s Xert Daily Ditty, and I have a new announcement…

I’m hosting another Webinar on January 30th! This is FREE for Blog Subscribers! Everyone else – it’s just $10.99, OR, you can save the $.99 and just sign up for the BLOG!

Here’s the link to register, and if you’re already a VIP member, just send me an email and I’ll send you the registration and password.

http://bit.ly/OBC_5MMP_Results_Review

This will occur RIGHT AFTER my 5MMP Breakthrough effort, and it will review the entire 9 weeks of Progression through the Xert Adaptive Training Advisor, what I would have done differently, how close I came or whether I broke the 5MMP, and finally, what my plans are going forward into February and March.

Thanks for watching, don’t forget to ‘Subscribe’ on the YouTube Channel, as well as this blog, and

ENJOY THE RIDE!!!

Xert Daily Ditty – Mixing Physics With Physiology

Xert Daily Ditty – Mixing Physics With Physiology

Yesterday I performed intervals using the Xert Colour Scheme, and I recorded Gas Exchange with my Vo2 Master Gas Exchange Analyzer.

The Intervals were 60 seconds each, with 60 second recoveries.

My Vo2 max is somewhere between 65ml/kg/min and 68ml/kg/min, and to achieve solid results from a hard set of intervals, we need to push intensity above 90% of Vo2 Max.

Well, the intervals at Threshold Intensity, and then MAP/Vo2 Intensity, achieved their goal. I routinely ended up above 58.5ml/kg/min for at least 30 seconds per interval.

Watch the Video and let me know what you think.

Xert Daily Ditty – Interval Targets

Xert Daily Ditty – Interval Targets

Today’s Xert Daily Ditty shows how the Xert Adaptive Training Advisor obtains my Interval Targets.

The Xert Focus Type Recommendation is right at my 5MMP, or current “Breakaway Specialist” wattage value. This is currently at 355 watts.

The Interval Targets just happen to be: 355 watts….. And when I look at my recent breakthrough from Monday, the Power-Duration Curve shows my 5MMP potential value to be….. 355 Watts.

Don’t forget to hit ‘Subscribe’ on my YouTube Channel, and consider joining the OBC Blog, to get upcoming Live Webinars, Free Webinar Replays, and exclusive blog content. I’ll be writing a post today!

Enjoy the Ride!

Xert Breakthrough!

My Xert Breakthrough – Crossing the Rubicon and Earning a New Fitness Signature!

Yesterday’s Xert Adaptive Training Advisor was changed through my Xert Goals Settings, to request a “Breakaway Specialist” FOCUS, as well as roughly 55-58 points of XSS.

I used this information to perform a workout that led to an Xert Breakthrough on my Fitness Signature, a 5:35 FOCUS, and over 100 points of XSS!

Today’s Video describes the information behind the Xert Breakthrough and explains where Interval Goals might just come from.

Enjoy the Ride!
