Coach Wharton’s most basic—and most affordable—selected progressive workout series. Designed for the student who wants to work with the Xert methodology without intensive coaching.

Training methodology uses Xert MPA/XSS, Stress, Strain, Focus on Xert app for Smart Garmin (via Garmin Connect) Android, or iOS.

Duration: 1 month.
Total Different Workouts: unlimited access to Coach Wharton’s custom library of Xert workouts, and Coach Wharton’s assessment of the rider’s Focus.
Support: Package also includes 1:1 consultation for initial equipment setup of Xert and a Garmin head unit, text and reply, plus monthly video meetings.
