Xert Workouts Follow the “SMART” Protocol

Today’s Xert Daily Ditty shows how important a good night’s rest can be, towards helping you continue your path of Progression.

I slept over 8 hours last night. When I awoke, I adjusted the Xert “Freshness Feedback”, and then, using the new Xert Adaptive Training Advisor recommendations, built a workout that addresses my goal for today.

It follows the “SMART” Protocol.

  • SPECIFIC
  • MEASURABLE
  • ACHIEVABLE
  • REPEATABLE
  • TIMELY

Today’s Xert Daily Ditty – Changing the Training Advisor Recommendations by Changing the Freshness Feedback.

Today’s Xert Daily Ditty

I changed the Xert Training Suggestions and Adaptive Training Advisor by altering the Freshness Feedback under my Goals.

Instead of an “Endurance” Focused Ride, I got what I wanted – a “Breakaway Specialist” FOCUS.

I think my Fitness Signature is stale, and I want to work towards a breakthrough, possibly today.

I'll be placing my past and future webinars behind this paywall, and instead of offering separate charges for Webinars, I'm going to fold them in with the blog membership. You'll be able to read all the blog's contents, watch past webinars, all future webinars, and their recordings, for $9.99 a month. I MAY offer Group Fitness Classes through the blog membership when that becomes available; we're not there yet, so we'll have to see. Anyway, I'd like to hear your opinion. The Xert Daily Ditties take about an hour each, and of course, Webinars take time, but they work best when there's lots of interaction and they're set to a regular schedule. Xert Training Pacer Rainbow Dial
The Xert Training Pacer Rainbow Dial tells me where I stand on my volume and focus goals in a graphical way.
I woke up this morning, after a good 7 hours of sleep, and opened the Xert App on my phone. Then I clicked on "Training". The Xert Training Pacer Rainbow Dial gave me a succinct summary of my XSS deficit, and my XSS Goals for the day. I had breakfast, did some work, and then headed out on my mountain bike.
